1. Acceptance of Terms

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the Clutch Diagnostic platform—including but not limited to text, graphics, diagnostic flowcharts, improvement guides, annotated replays, visual overlays, color-coding systems, and design elements—is the intellectual property of Clutch Diagnostic or its content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, transmit, display, or perform any of this content without the prior written consent of Clutch Diagnostic, except for personal, non-commercial use as permitted by law.

The Clutch Diagnostic name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of Clutch Diagnostic. Unauthorized use of these trademarks is prohibited.

6. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. Clutch Diagnostic makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or timeliness of any diagnostic analysis, replay annotation, or improvement guidance provided through the platform. Clutch Diagnostic does not guarantee that use of the Service will result in improved gameplay performance, rank advancement, or competitive success. The platform is a diagnostic and educational tool, not a guarantee of outcome.

7. Limitation of Liability

You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of the Service shall be brought exclusively in the competent courts of Alexandria, Egypt, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

11. Severability

If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, or if such modification is not possible, the provision shall be severed.
